If you are returning a product due to a defect or an error made by us, please contact us first at firstname.lastname@example.org to receive a return authorisation.
Items approved for return can be shipped back to us within seven days of receipt, with a refund* making its way into your account shortly after.
Receiving a Refund
After receiving your returned items, we will credit you the full purchase price of your items (minus any shipping or restocking fees) using the payment method you used for payment.
Products returned to us after seven days will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Unfortunately, we are not able to accept returns on products after 15 days.
In the event of you returning a free shipping item, there will be a mandatory minimum deduction of $8.95 up to the value of the shipping fee that we incurred, when shipping the item(s) to you.
Damaged & Incorrect Items
Doggy Therapy will always do its best to package your product(s) to ensure they reach you in excellent condition. Unfortunately, once the package leaves our facility, it may be handled by numerous agencies which could result in unintentional damage.
Should you receive a product that has been damaged in transit, please contact us immediately and within two days of receipt of the delivery for further instructions. Do not discard the damaged product(s); ensure you retain the original box and packaging, as inspection is often required by the carriers.
Should you receive incorrect items, please contact us to verify your order. We are happy to work with you to ensure you get the right product and have a good experience with Doggy Therapy.
How Do I Return My Item?
- Place the items you are returning in sturdy packaging. Make sure all items are packed tightly and securely; we are not responsible for breakage during shipment of returned items.
- Address the package to Doggy Therapy, 2 Ila Court Ormeau, Queensland Australia 4208.
- Take the package to your preferred delivery provider, such as Australia Post and pay for the return shipping costs.
